there was a company that was making a vehicle like this. They were having issues with the laws in some states. Some states were going to require a helmet to operate, even though the operator and passenger were enclosed, due to the small engine size. I think that the operator was centered and a passenger/cargo area was behind them. I was looking at it for commuting as it was going to have really good gas mileage.
well, looks like it had some issues with getting the engines, switched to electric, then the owner died, killing the company.
